Dueling plans for SCPA building emerge

Indianapolis-based Core Redevelopment LLC is working on two possible redevelopment plans for the former School for Creative and Performing Arts in Pendleton just north of downtown Cincinnati.One plan calls for a hotel with apartments, restaurants and entertainment; the other plan is for all apartments.
