European-inspired town center project in McKinney gets $25M

An Eastern European-inspired mixed-use town center development in McKinney has received $24.9 million for the construction and permanent financing of St. Paul Square, a 211-unit apartment community in the project.The 45-acre town center, Adriatica Village, will have details inspired by a trip the developers took to a fishing village in Croatia, including hand-carved fountains, cobblestone and a bell tower.Developers plan to break ground on the apartment community within a week.
