Metro Orlando saw mixed results in the sales of homes with foreclosure filings when looking at the fourth-quarter and full-year data, showed a new report by RealtyTrac Inc.The Orlando metropolitan statistical area — Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties — had 3,644 homes with a foreclosure filing sell in last year’s fourth quarter, which represented 33 percent of all home sales.
