Urban Visions adding 12 stories to Second and Pike tower in Seattle

Urban Visions is adding a dozen stories to the height of a proposed mixed-use project in downtown Seattle. The building at Second Avenue and Pike Street will be 27 stories under the new plan.Greg Smith, CEO of the Seattle-based development company, said he wants to take full advantage of the zoning of the site, which is at the intersection's southeast corner.
