High-rises outpace new office space in Silver Spring

Steve Silverman, one of Montgomery County's top business advisers, told the Silver Spring Citizens Advisory Board Monday that the city has a disproportionate amount of new high-rise apartment projects compared to office space projects because so much existing office space is vacant, The Gazette reported.
